# Abstrakt

> AI architecture and integration for mid-size companies. We take over internal operations and admin work that a team still does by hand: first we restructure the data it runs on, then we build an AI system that runs the process end to end, on the client's own infrastructure and accounts.

Abstrakt works in English and Spanish, with clients across Europe. Engagements are fixed-price phases, delivered mostly in writing.

## What we do

- Data foundation: one structured database for the facts the business runs on (ERP, warehouse system, spreadsheets, email and PDFs, supplier portals), with one schema and a full audit trail.
- Agents that act: systems that read the current state, make the routine decision, write the result back into existing tools, and escalate the cases a person should decide. Limits are enforced in code and every decision is logged.
- Typical processes: order and invoice handling, reporting and month-end, master data upkeep, reconciliation and stock checks, request triage and routing, planning and follow-up.
- Project Factory: every engagement runs through one queue of tasks, issues and feature requests; agents take the routine work, a person approves it, and cost and revenue are tracked per project.
- A standard scope is live in about a month. Ninety days of warranty from cutover. Everything is built in the client's name.
